Select your unit. You have access to the best units at the best prices.
Reserve your unit with a 10% deposit. You will then have 14 days to review the documents.
Place an additional 10% deposit at ground breaking (Projected to be Q2 of 2025)
Close on the unit when the building is complete. Projected completion is 2027.

Unit Price: $750,000
Initial Deposit: 10%- $75,000
Ground breaking deposit: 10%- $75,000
Remaining balance due at closing in 2027
Founders Club members will enjoy their first year of condo dues and shared expenses covered by the developer.
As an example:
Estimated condo dues for standard rooms is $913.40/month
